We are not a big corporation with over 100 employees having you go back and forth to different departments to get the help you need. AES Advisor is a small neighborhood company which strives to provide services unique to each individual practice rather than an overall approach that becomes more of a lecture preached to everyone. We don’t believe in categorizing every practice and individual into one category. Every practice or individual have different strength and weaknesses and we are here to help you as an individual and provide services which fits you uniquely. We are here to help you without running you into more debts than you already have or need.
We are not like any other advisor, consultant or management companies. We offer the one-on-one support over the phone and face-to-face sit downs. No question is a stupid question. The more questions you have the better we understand where the problem is and the faster we can resolve that problem. Even if you need us to come in and check to see if there’s need for improvement, you feel that there’s more than can be done, there’s more to learn, there’s more information out there that you haven’t came across yet, call us and find out if there’s something we can teach you that you don’t already know.

We also offer training for front desk receptionists, office managers and billers. Hiring a new receptionist, office manager or biller is always a challenge every profession faces at some point. We are here to offer the training needed even if it’s for a current employee that simply needs additional help in a specific area. Keep in mind that an untrained manager can take a good staff and unintentionally destroy them causing them to lose motivation causing you to lose patients and money.
